At Combustion Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
